A simple yellow cap you might say. A simple tool required by every graf writer. But all is not what it seems. This simple yellow cap measures 50 x 38cm. That's a bloody big cap. Big enough to sit your ass on in fact.

My love for all things graf inspired, especially furniture, is something I'm pretty upfront about. And I'm always looking for really great examples. But when I saw these stools, even I got a funny feeling in my loins. What a truly amazing piece of furniture. I need 8 of these mofos to create a dining room.

Made by Don't Feed the Swedes, these gorgeous stools come in a few other colours including white. Don't Feed the Swedes will exhibit the Cap at the upcoming DMY festival in Berlin. So jealous I'm green.

Konichiwa Bitches - Part 4: Kawaii Nails Did

Y'all know I'm obsessed with nails. So it's only fair that when in Rome... I'll be getting myself a full set of Kawaii nails at Nail Musee in Shibuya. These are some samples of their absolutely gorgeous creations. God knows how I'll be able to do anything with my hands, but I'll give it a shot.
I'm a little worried because most Kawaii nails are created prior to application and I have always had acrylics. On top of that, Nail Musee (from what I can tell) use gel nails, which I have only ever had once in my life and I hated.
Worst case senario is that I'd have to have my acrylics removed, and a whole new set put on. But honestly I'm so down with Kawaii nails that I'd go to almost any length to have these at least once in my life!
Some of their designs are so amazing I can't even begin to imagine how they do them. I've had acrylic nails for maybe 8 years solid, so I'm pretty learned in the craft of nails. But I still cant work out how they do some of this stuff. A lot of time, glue, tweezers and patience I'd say.
Incidentally they also have another salon in Shinjuku...

And then the Kevin Lyons Currents. Now, I know these bad boys came out here, and you can even pick them up at Espionage still, but I need a men's 7. Not a 9, not an 8, but a 7. So pretty please, Gods of Scared Kicks, give me a 7. Because I love Kevin Lyons.

London Elektricity in the Flesh

London Elektricity was... well, electric! Definitely one of the best Drum'n'Bass gigs I've been to in quite a while. Much better than Zinc earlier this year IMHO. Favela was absolutely heaving with people, and it was almost impossible to move around. I saw loads of old faces that I haven't seen in donkeys years which was super cool. And I was super stoked when LE dropped Where's My Money by Caspa. It really reminded how I really have moved on from Drum'n'Bass to Dubstep. God I love Dubstep. I wish Caspa would tour.
Anyway, Will Radness and I were lucky enough to bump into the man himself, London Elektricity, outside the lub and LE was kind enough to have a photo with us. Apparently this was Will's ultimate life wish. I must be a Genie in a Bottle or some shit - I make wishes come true.
Big props to Ki Ki and Madz for suggesting I come out. I'm really glad I did - I needed a laugh, good company and some great tunes! All 3 wishes granted!
